Why Concierge Dental Plans??

Concierge Dental Plans was created to provideaccess to quality dental care for individuals and families who don’t have dental insurance. Many people have also eschewed the high premium costs of dental insurance and simply utilize an HSA and/or FSA to pay for their dental care.

Guidelines

• No yearly maximums or deductibles
• All membership fees may be paid anually
• Membership fees are non-refundable
• You are immediately eligible after signing up and payment is received
• Savings plan expires 12 months after sign-up date
• All additional charges due day of service

Limitations

• This is not dental insurance and cannot be used as a supplement
• Will not cover any portion of a specialist referral
• Will not apply to injuries led under workers compensation
• Will not apply to automobile medical coverage
• Will not apply to procedures outside the treating dentist’s capabilities
• Will not apply to hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
• Will not apply to Care Credit or other nancing programs
